Some locations require walking on uneven ground, standing in dim light, or sitting quietly for extended periods, so a basic level of mobility and comfort with the dark is helpful.

Dress for the weather and the setting. Many events take place outdoors or in historic buildings without modern climate control, so layers and comfortable shoes are wise. For paranormal investigations, you may bring your own small handheld equipment—audio recorders, EMF meters, or cameras—but leave bulky gear at home. We provide the core tools and teach you how to use them.
