My fiancé and I were exploring St. Augustine and happened upon this shop. The owner and staff couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming. We stopped in for what I expected to be a quick in-and-out look around but ended up staying and chatting for nearly 45 minutes! The owner had so many incredible stories and was eager to show us all of the cool things in their collection.

I did the early spooky tour with Lynn and enjoyed it so much I stayed for the later tour which is an investigation tour. it was great fun, very informative and made great strides turning a skeptic into a believer. Lynn was great and I highly recommend you try one of their tours next time you are in St. Augustine.

we did the true crime tour with Jason. It was awesome!! Obviously not for the faint of heart. Dude definitely doesn’t hold back on the details but it’s not over done with the gore. Very informative and interactive.

This place is so cool! A bit of a hidden gem in Saint Augustine! Blink and you'll miss it. We were referred here by some friends to do the 13 keys scavenger hunt while on our anniversary getaway. It takes you all over, and let's you in on some really cool spooky history! We had the best time finding the keys and taking fun photos to send back to our guide.

The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum

The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum is a historic property located in St. Augustine, Florida. Built in 1798, the house served as a boarding house and hotel for over a century. Today, the house is a museum that offers visitors a glimpse into life in St. Augustine during the 19th century. The Ximenez-Fatio House is also known for its reported paranormal activity, with visitors and staff alike reporting strange occurrences. We hosted the first ever paranormal investigation in this historic home back in August of 2020! Since then, we have led numerous guests through its historic walls, experiencing many amazing encounters at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum. The St. Augustine Lighthouse

The St. Augustine Lighthouse is one of the most iconic landmarks in the city, it is also known to be one of the most haunted. The lighthouse, which dates back to the 19th century, has seen its fair share of tragedy and death, making it a prime spot for paranormal activity.

One of our favorite spirits we find at the lighthouse area is that of Captain Peter Rasmussen. Rasmussen was the longest standing keeper to hold the reins at the St. Augustine lighthouse. He is known to frequent the lighthouse grounds and Red Cox park across the road. He is one among the many that have passed yet remain in that area.

In addition to sightings of apparitions, there have been reports of unexplained noises, such as footsteps, voices, and even music, throughout the lighthouse. Some visitors have also reported feeling sudden variations in temperature, and chills even in the hot humid Florida climate.

With its fascinating history, the St. Augustine Lighthouse remains a popular tourist attraction, with visitors from all over the world coming to climb the 219 steps to the top for a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean. The St. Augustine Lighthouse is a great place to take in the sights and also have a possibility of a chance encounter with spirit.

The Old Jail

The St. Augustine Old Jail is another popular haunted location that is sure to send chills down your spine. Built in 1891, the jail was designed to hold some of the most dangerous criminals in the area. However, it also housed many individuals who were falsely accused or jailed for minor offenses.

During its time as an active jail, there were many reported instances of violence, torture, and even executions that took place within the walls of the Old Jail. It’s no surprise that many believe the spirits of these tormented souls still haunt the jail to this day.

Visitors to the Old Jail can take a guided tour that includes a visit to the maximum-security area, the Sheriff’s living quarters, and the women’s cells. You’ll also learn about some of the jail’s most infamous inmates and hear stories of their crimes and punishments.
